• Keep any electronic equipment and metal objects away from your wireless routers, such as cordless phones and microwave ovens, as they may interfere with wireless signals.

• If your wireless router supports both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequency bands, try connecting your device to the 5Ghz band.

Fix 4: Flush DNS

Ping difficulties can also be caused by poor network configuration. If you're using a Windows PC to play a Roblox game, you can flush and reset the DNS to fix your network configuration. This is how you do it:

1.      On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to open the Run dialog. Type cmd and press Ctrl, Shift, and Enter to run Command Prompt (Admin).

2.      In the Command Prompt window, type the following commands and press Enter after each one:

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset

Restart your PC.

Fix 5: Close bandwidth-heavy apps and services

If you have a lot of devices connected to the same network, or if other programs are using your network's bandwidth, you may have high ping troubles.

Disconnect other devices from your router if possible, and shut any bandwidth-intensive apps on your PC. Follow the instructions below to close bandwidth consuming programs on your Windows CP:

1.      On your keyboard, press CTRL+Shift+Esc at the same time to open Task Manager.

2.      Then click Network to see which program is eating your bandwidth. Select that program and click End task.

3.      Launch Roblox and enter a game to see if the high ping issue persists.

Fix 6: Use a VPN service
